whats better in higher lvl as fun and solo

okay what are good builds in high lvls at like 50-90 i guess like solo wise give me some ideas like best euro soloer best china soloer most fun out of both and which ones work better in parties on both sides ik china doesnt party alot but ya never know how that could work out anyways i just need some ideas on builds please

wouldnt rogue get owned cuz of the pot delay???? its 15 seconds and rogue defense stinks doesnt that have a factor in it or no?
