is 90 light/bow and 60 fire/cold a good build?

I would make 1 like that. I wish to learn how to play a teleporting archer in pvp. I hate stand and shoot archers. I think hybrid light archers will shine as chinese are forced to focus on 2 main masteries as level caps grow gradually.

cold and fire will give you a bgood increase for phys. and mag. defence.
