People are plvling everywhere, and when I say everywhere, I mean everywhere.
There are lots of good plvling spots, but the thing is usally a lvl 90 FF nuker or wiz is occupying it.

Yeah that's true.
You need to find a quiet spot and bring a res char.

over by the mountains are good spots. beware of ks-ing bots though.
you should plvl at sungsungs. there's this one place with a glitch where you can put the chars into a rock so they won't be attacked.
