ATM i have a lvl 22 warlock/bard
with both warlock and bard masteries at 20
i have all warlock skills
and bards speed + noise

here are my questions
1. Where should i farm? - i dont have much money so i cant get plvl like crazyy
and
2. I was thinking about getting bard party skills.. like mana cycle and the tambours and dances so that i can get into parties that are higher than me... is that a good idea?

If you've got the sp *or will get the sp* then yeah getting bard skills will help you immensely in finding a party if they don't need/want a warlock
But you don't need every dance just get the dance of magic. It's the most commonly used. Also you should get tambour AND hit march *if there's 2 bards one can tambour and the other an dance and use hit march*
And of course get Mana cycle *MC*
