Starting new glavier, need some info.

Hey, im very noob to glaviers lol, I would like to ask you some things about this:
I want to level fast, and dont want to farm untill high level.
So, is the phy deffence benefit from armor comparable (omg?
) to the cold shield buff? I would like to max both heuksal + fire and light as sub.
I mean, if I take armor and max the fire shield buffs + all the light and other fire buffs, would that have the same effect as standard garment? (more Mag. deffence.)
I dont care about buying more MP pots as wearing armor.

IMO, the cold phys. defence buff is useless until you get to the fourth book at level 60+ because it adds phys. defence in numbers rather than a % of your defence. Glavie+Fire is the best match, but you can use a bit of cold too if you really want.

I really dont want, Im looking for someone whose saying its completely useless, So i can max light + fire (light for buffs, grasswalk etc.)

I use...
Fire: Just the imbue for the max dmg.
Light: Grasswalk for speed and the buff for the mag dmg.
Weapon: Soul spear, ghost spear, 5 hit combo and the spear throw.
Unless you pvp a lot I wouldn't bother with the buffs, you don't need much protection from monsters in my opinion.
The ice phy defense at 69 with the passive maxed gives you nearly 100 extra phy defense but you dont really need it, depends what you want out of the game.
The 3rd fire and ice buffs together just make you look awesome which would be my only reason for getting them lol

by the way if you plan to bot for sp at level 70, good luck. GM will get you one day..
my advise is farm at bandit till you are happy..

Botting is a reality in this game.. people do it.. I just want to let him know the alternative and result of it..
I think that everyone know the benefits of botting if you dont get caught..but its stupid to start about it cuz why do you think Fadex will botting?

Seriously, i agree with Mamba (except the useless 5hit combo and magical lighntning buff... I'd switch it for ghost phantom walk). Don't forget every passive skill and the fire physical buff of course (flame-body stuff).
BTW at lvl 42, i'm doing good with: GARMENT (more speed, less MP pots so you are able to grind longer without repoting)!
