Force DeBuff for Att Rating..

Hello,
I'm wandering if taking the force debuff for att rating is worth it?
As a force/fire blader? 30 Ice
:P:P Anyway that is all I wanted to
ask, thank you..

Not that useful in pve but might be good in pvp.
Lower atk rating could mean less dmg from player.
Have someone who already has this skill to try and test it out if it's true.

they're pretty usefull. wouldnt use those till last when you debuff as they only last like 15sec while the debuffs are 30sec.

I wouldn' even waste my time leveling those up. Just gonna do Weaken, Decay, Impotent, and Division.

you can if you realy want to save the SP. At higher levels every debuff will help. I can say this from personal experience. even those that dont increase your damage are extreemly worthwhile because they help you tank in an important situation. for instance when A 2H warrior throws on bless LVl 9 and starts slapping the living shit out of you with thier sword. being able to greatly reduce thier attack rating, especial if you gear has high parry ratio, will alow you to survive somthing that would normaly spell doom for another chinese player
I do have this skill and it has helped alot in pvp. particularly when im outmached by a euro char with tons of buffs that greatly reduces my damage, so in turn I debuff thier attack rating, as well as thier maj and phys attacks and then with the BR/phys defense increase buff (from bicheon) I can stand a chance untill the buff wears off. then i can just debuff/KD the living shit out of them untill they are dead
