STRs as tankers expecially bows at highlvl (knockback)

i say depend on what u need if u got like 3 wiz u only need tanker then glavie and blader if u got wr already then i say spear or sword bow well i say they will count as damage dealers they waste to much if they tanking

i would say fire/cold/light nuker

Chinese aint that useful, euro are better.
Chinese str's kinda suck, they can tank longer
but can't keep a monster on them like a warrior
can with lure. Ints are more useful but still
not as good as a wizard.. Wizards hit way higher.

Basically..
Euro = Party play
Chinese = Solo

Bow, either pure int or str based, would be pretty good in parties I think, high dmg atks, can lure with mindbow and can tank/defend pt with KB and stun.

I guess bow could work like a rogue, for luring, or as a second tank who just lures and heals with pots ( to allow for minimal cleric attention )

Even still i wouldn't want chinese chars in my party.

You get more exp i believe with more euros in your party. I'm not 100% sure though on this, i believe its 10% more exp.

bladers are sometimes good at luring using snake sword and ints do ok dmg, everything else kinda sucks

I prefer lightning users because they can aggro mobs on them with lion shout and other lightning spells and keep the ints safe when you lack warriors in a party. Some chinese buffs interfer with the casting of cleric spells and it's worth to check out which spell is better for the chinese, the chinese or the cleric buff.

blader w/ force is also good

Lightning aggros like crazy. At the generals I used to get all the mobs on me due to my constant lightning nukes. Chains also aggro quite a lot. Combine it with frost nova, and you have a pretty decent tank.

I still stand by my "fun" party: 6 s/s nukers and 2 bards. It may not be as effective as 2 warriors/1 cleric/3 wizards/2 bards, but it sure is a lot of fun.

Bow it has more survivability then a rogue hence it can tank more making it better for luring then a rogue. *Yes I know that it has shorter range still*
Chinese int's get pwned a lot of the time simply because they think they can still solo on mobs that are 11 lvls higher then themselves. They can't.

self experience:

bowers, with range increase maxed. pullin with mind bow series and strong bow.
ice also helps. 5kbs with ice imbue = time to heal and use skills with a higher cooldown again.

my party was grindin near a bot party with a rogue lurin. the guy was usin fast shot to lure, but my mind bow/ strong bow dmg was higher, so they got tons of mobs stolen.

Nukers for damage support or a bowman to lure. Bladers or glaivers dont seem like much good to be honest, they sure can tank but they cannot hold aggro (unless the damage dealers deal less damage than the blader/glaiver does, lol). I recon nukers are the most welcome (or the least frown upon) chinese chars in 8/8 party. While the damage they do is lower than wizz', their survivability is a lot better... Easier for the tanks/cleric. As s/s nuker I rarely have trouble getting into euro parties as a wizard substitute.

I dont think bow is really that good in a party, the attacks take too long to lure well

Bow ---> He can Tank so you can use it as a tank ---> lot of Hp if he is Full STR.
When there's a another tanker in the party he can attack from far and it does
nice damage also.

So conlusion it can tank and attack from far when there's a better tanker.

that's kinda an oxymoron
s/he can attack from far away, yet tank mobs..
the mobs would have to be attacking him/her for the bower to tank.

Euros best at PvE tanking since they can aggro mobs onto them.
