I farmed my self a rogue/bard (with both x-bow & daggers) like 3 months ago .

now i'm level 78 max skills x-bow , daggers & bard (noise & march only) .

i'm good in pvp & ctf (as long as i hit my target first ). but i suck at solo grinding (noise is not helping that much if a giant appears) .

i was thinking about de-leveling bard & my dagger for cleric skills . cuz i heard that cleric/rogue is awesome in pvp . & most of the high level players use pk2 so invisible is useless in jobbing & CTF (so i can't approach my target to kill him with daggers) .

did i mention that i use the xbow like 90% of the time (another reason to delevel dagger skills)

i need your openion before doing teh cursed hearts quest .

Cleric subclass is awesome for PvP, I cant find myself 1v1 anyone without it.
P.S. dont delevel daggers, you'll need them...
There are few sweet combos you can mix up with xbow and daggers.

Daggers are better for pvp too

so that's a confirmation on exchanging bard for cleric . but about daggers .........

thing is 80% of the high level players use pk2 invisible cheat so they kill me before reaching them if i want to attack them with my daggers .

+ you really can't user daggers in pve because :
1-the skills have a very long cool down time
2-if you are in a party & used daggers the monster always targets you even if you have a warrior by your side
3-although dagger skills have bleed,stun & dull they don't have KD & KB (i can't remember the countless number of times KD & KB saved my azz during pve or pvp )

well i dont know where everyone gets that most high lvls use pk2 edited for invisible i dont know anyone who does that and have only heard mauybe 5 ppl ever say they do.


either way with solo grindign u just have to be more aware of whats going so that when a giant spawns u you have time to figure out what to do.


me personally would go with bard not cleric and keep the daggers.

if you rather have the cleric buffs instead of moving speed and noise , then pick cleric

you need daggers, the combo's that nitro is talking about are the KD, mortal wounds combo or the stun, KB combo, i'v sometimes used daggers to just inflict bleed, and then finished them off with xbow.
As for bard - cleric, imo as a rogue you really need bard more, it shines when solo'ing and when jobbing, seeing as a rogue is made to get in, make the kill, and get away fast, which bard helps you do.

Well... If you are planing on doing great cape PvP-s Cleric subclass is a must.
Healing cycle, Recovery Divison and Holy Spell are a must...
As I said, I cant find myself pvping as euro without those three spells (and even more).
You'll get easier in parties with Cleric (I mean all those blessings) - but as you said you are lack of SP, that wont happen.

Its all up to you, my advice is to take Cleric as sub, get to cap with xbow, and farm for daggers.

Just a note: I havent seen someone using that pk2 for a long time.
I'm at DW / SM quite often, and there are always lots of wizards ... and I must say I havent seen someone hitting invisible wizard without any detect for a quite a while

Delevel bard, thats a must. Bard is pretty much useless as subclas for pure str, only speed thats good from it.
Deleveling daggers!! Dont even think about it. Without them you will be very weak in pvp. I use daggers only at cape fight, and I still have them 100% maxed lvl 90.
Cleric, like nitro sayed very helpfull in pvp. Healing orbit, recovery division and holy spell is must for pvp, other buffs that you give to others are optional, I raised bless and reverse obliavation also.

up till now
every single rogue i've ever asked inside & outside of the game told me not to delevel daggers !!!

i haven't touched my daggers skills yet (they are at 78 maxed) .

but when i did my calculations for sp needed i found out i have to delevel my dagger skills so i can raise cleric (faith,bless,recover division ,charity , glory armor , favor armor & holy spell) .

so still Nitro's solution is the best so far (delevel daggers & bard now , raise cleric then farm for dagger later)

more ideas & feedback are more than welcome
