Pure Str bow 90 pach 90 fire 90 light
Pure str bow 90 pach 90 fire 90 cold
or wizard/cleric pure int

There is no perfect build, except the overpowered Warrior/cleric


and no: Full Str Blader doesn't suck at pvp:

They bloom in higher lvls and with good crits they can become a serious problem because they can take more damage than almost any other build

str hybrid blader is better then str pure blader in my opinion..
there no best build is all bout weps , set and if played right

in terms of what pvp im presuming?

then either of the two bows is fine, its upto your style of gameplay, with light u will move faster (although u can buy speed pots), have phantom and higher parry ratio, and for cold u will get higher phy def and with cold imbue, annoy the crap out of all non immune builds (eg, current nukers, euros w/o holy word/spell or similar buffs)
