pure int spear

ok, my friend is building a pure int spear char and needs some help on what masteries to get

i was suggesting something along the lines of heuk/light 90, cold/fire 60

for pure int go 90 huek light and ice 30 watever
u should only take fire if ur hybrid

or you could take heuksal to 30 (to grind) and 90 cold/light/fire
