lvl 16 Sostar weapon attack stats is roughly how lvl 16 normal weapon +?
Venus:
Resilience 3x Hybrid Spear(Cold/Light + Pacheon) [Half-asleep]
Levatine ?x Blader(Cold/Light)[Alive&Kicking]

Level 16 sos bow is slightly better than a lvl 21 bow, or a lvl 16 +5, but with a higher crit, and higher reinforcements.
