so im still trying to find out what sub force to choose
im already going for pach/fire 90/90
and i dont want to spend most of my time farming sp so i looked at:
ice/light/force 40/40/40
ice/light/force 55/55/10
somewhere on the lines of that or whatever seems like an okay sub-force build for someone who doesnt want to spend forever farming :P

u should really go 90/90 pach fire and only 2 other masteries to 60
force is pretty useless unless its high level the mp passive is pretty insignificant later on

If u want FORCE, u need to max it.
Cause when u hit 90, force 60 won't work on lvl 90 players + the good debuffs come with force 70+
Fire/Pach 90 + Cold/Light 60/60
OR
Fire/Pach/Cold 90 + Light 30, I personally would pick this build
OR
Fire/Pach/Force 90 + Cold 30

Yes
It's called: Cursed heart quest
Hearts drop from monsters randomly (pretty good drop rate)
Max amount = 300 hearts / 30 potions
10 hearts = 1 potion
1 potion can delevel 1 skill/masterylevel by 1 level
U get 80% of the spent sp back, using the potions costs gold though.

is it expensive using the potions?

and i might go with 60/60 ice/light since i dont really have the attention span to farm more sp for another 90 skill

Depends, Lower lvl skills don't cost too much; although "expensive" is relative.
(Every lvl gets more expensive, lvl 77 skills cost me 300k+ per skill; lvl 35 skills cost me 15k or so)
And it's not required to delvl the skills immediately, U can use them until u have enough so the cost of delvling won't cut too much in your wallot ;)

I suggest u get 1 potion, check how much it would cost to delvl the highest lvl skill & then decide if u can easily delvl it all, as u have money enough; OR delvl later when u have some more money.
