Maximum damage, maximum speed, maximum level!

Imagine this. You are making a soley PvE-char. Its only purpose is to serve as a plevel char for SRO. Reason for this? Ofc its a) making money pleveling for ur PvP-char and secondly, just making huge amounts of money.

What to consider when making the char?
1. What level mobs am i going to be powerleveling people at
e.g. Wizzard cant plevel at higher mobs then 85?
2. What do i want to achieve by pleveling.
a) leveling
b) sp-farming

So here is my real question. What is the best way to make maxdmg, maxspeed, plevel with these three builds:

At:
Sp-farming @ ongs
Pleveling to lv80
Pleveling to lv85
Pleveling to lv90

a) STR BOW
b) INT NUKER
c) WIZZARD

What would you do to maximaze the damage for each one of these builds or just one, pick one and give me ur professional opinion!

Here is what i think.

ONGS = WIZZARD/CLERIC OR WIZZARD/WARLOCK?
PLEVEL TO 80 = WIZZARD/CLERIC OR WIZZARD/WARLOCK?
PLEVEL TO 85 = INT NUKER (90fire, 90light, 90cold,30 bicheon)
PLEVEL TO 90 = STR BOW (90fire, 90light, 90pacheon,30 ?????)

Maybe you want to level others, e.g. wizzards always want plevel as high as possible. It's all about beeing a good taxi and or beeing a good pleveler for the guild. Also im pretty new to this forum. I used to hang out @ silkroadtavern when i was active, which was a few years ago. So now im back an trying to grasp all of this.

Imo, a bard would be better then a wizard, otherwise a full force spear nuker I guess.

As nuker i can tell you the only char that KS me at ong is a bard.
Wizard can't take a mob, because i am killing with my 4 lion shouts.
Wizz can KS only PG but i don't think someone withh stay there all day just for the giants
So.. bard or full force nuker.

Nukers can plvl at 87 mobs without any trouble, not so sure about rockys, take prot or garms, to cut back on sp requirments take the fire nukes, imbue, mag defense and not the passive or flame body, take the piercing force series from light, grass walk, shout, parry ratio the nukes and passive, from ice take ice guard, passive, mana shield the 2nd tree of ice nukes, the reason I say DONT take the flame body series from fire or the passive is because you have no wep skills, and as your just plvling it wont really make a huge impact on your auto attacks, you will do good dmg, have alot of aoe and can tank decently with snow on, mobs wont really be a problem for you, how ever this build requires a fair ammount of sp anyway.

STR BOW: Make a hybrid if your doing more than ong farming to maximize damage. Bow90 Fire90 Light90=Max damage. The AR hawk and attacks from bow, fire imbue and phy % increase. Light magic % increase and grasswalk.

Nuker: Fire90 Light90 Cold90 force30 (ress).
Fire: Imbue, Magic Defense, the meteor nuke.
Light: Magic attack increase, grasswalk.
Cold: Ice AOE nuke, Phy defense.

For ong farming I have no idea how strong a bard has to be to 1 hit an ong.

Level 76 bard one hits normal ongs (about 20k+ damage).

bard is best because it can almost use 3 nukes in time for 1 large wiz or chinese nuke...

pure bard is one of the cheapest sp builds out there, you don't need all the dances, so why get them. If you ever get in a party that uses something other than dance of magic/wiz that's so rare don't bother.

1-90 0gap for me, all attacks and all support buffs that are necessary.

i dont see why bard....wizard=range+damage for when u get to something like snipers they can 1 party monsters no problem but bards may have trouble 1 hitting..not that they would have trouble killing idk becuase i have never used bard

Higher lvl mobs, rogue best. Im 90 lvl rogue +7 xbow I charge taxi snipers 1 mil hour always full pt. Next to me Spear nuker with spear +7, I ks him all the time. People that were in bouth partys say im much faster.

Wizard WITHOUT Life turnover on hits the same as a spear nuker or a well geared s/s, bard hits slightly more then s/s and a little less then a spear nuker, and as you cant plvl with a wizard at 90 mobs with LT on or it will die, (hell lvl70 wizards with LT on can die at ongs) a bard is the obvious choice, needs less sp then a chinese nuker, hits faster, hits a hits a little harder then s/s and has alot more defense then spear, dont forget bards get 45% phy/mag absorbtion from their tambours, which is like party snow shield.
