Int hyb spear.. yet again?

Hey!
Since I'm going to make hyb int spear soon, I wanted to ask few things.
Since I'm planning to do it heuk/fire/cold 90 light 30 & wear garments, I don't really know if to go 7:1 or 5:1 hyb. Could anyone give me some tips for that matter?
