I have to LOl every time I see a str-heavy cookie cutter spear nuker. Gawd lol.

Honestly, go s/s and pump your int, be worth a damn in PvP.

otherwise, 80/78 heuk if you must use skills, 78/80 light, 60 cold, 62 fire.

Make a cutback somewhere in your lvl 80 skills to get fire, use light imbue though because it's obviously better for nukers.
