Yessir you should. It pains me greatly to watch pure int usually s/s who just nuke, you'd think it would work but you have nothing to stop your enemy from dealing damage to you such as stun, knockdown, and knock back, which to a pure int is extremely important since your health really sucks and you can't take a lot of hits.
A pure int who only nukes is just a wannabe archer with lower hp that has slower attacks and deals less damage. Only difference is they can attack multiple targets, but in pvp, they're worse.
