new ice buff

Is this mana shield a shield buff or people using spear can use it too?

Does anything changed in kSRO? I mean in character builds. In iSRO people use ice shield but sometimes are dual weapon chars, using SS but with heuksal passive for hp.

Are people in kSRO using the passive of heuksal but using SS?

Why do you say that str chars will change to light because fire won't do any dmg?

As you can see the new ice buff is new series under ICE!

in kSro some do have heuksal passive and use s/s but I havent met int build who doesnt have both weapons.

Fire imbue is still the strongest for any build that includes str's.
