from 5700 to 6400

Still trying to find whats better ice or fire lol, been to lazy to compare dmg

I wouldn't expect you to read all that, but:

Poison fire force lv.9 hitted 5700 on that spider once ... same as max of lv.9 first imbue ...
6400 is hardest I could get.

Those screenshots were the biggest difference he had between the first fire imbue and the maxed fire imbue. And scroll down a little bit on this topic and you'll find he testing it on mobs near his level. Very small difference if you consider he is comparing the first imbue with the last one. And check those screenshots at Bobby's reply here. That's between the first ice imbue and the last fire imbue.

it makes sense as when your pvp'ing your opponent will have better defence so the dmg is gonna be less.
But 1K dmg dif... thats like almost a 10%
and did that guy have the same lv. of ice and fire?
not imbue but the mastery itself.

Where exactly do you see 10% difference? Don't forget the damage varies by itself, and both tested on lower level mobs where the damage tends to vary more. And, on Bobby's reply, it looks like to me that that guy had only 20 cold, and he was hitting pretty much the same with both imbues at lower level mobs, lol.

Well, if you think that sacrificing 264 physical defense, cold wall and freezing/frosbiting skills for 5% more moving speed and 3m of grass walk, therefore losing a great amount of tank ability for a minuscule despicable increase in speed/mobility, then yeah, you win. LOL
By the way, neither attack rating nor parry ratio changes pretty much nothing whatsoever in a pvp fight. An easy way to test this is: get shock (from lightning imbue) on your enemy. Shock status reduces your enemy's parry ratio by HALF. Yes, by half. It'd be nearly the same as increasing your attack rating by the same amount of parry ratio your enemy lost, if I'm not mistaken. Do you notice a difference in damage after shock status? I don't.

Hm, the damage of a blader already is pretty low, AR makes you hit more frequently towards the high end of your damage, it'd help more if it was a build who dealt a huge amount of damage, as a variation in % would significantly decrease your overall damage, but in the case of a blader... nah, I don't think so. Feel free to try it nevertheless.

Hm, the damage of a blader already is pretty low, AR makes you hit more frequently towards the high end of your damage, it'd help more if it was a build who dealt a huge amount of damage, as a variation in % would significantly decrease your overall damage, but in the case of a blader... nah, I don't think so. Feel free to try it nevertheless.

because he saw me in action XD lol i mean sure ice is VERY effective in pvp but its also annoying as hell i tend to respect the player and not spam kd or use ice. honestly i think fire is a better way to go because you can already tank so why do you need more tanking?

ice freezes people no? it cancels attacks a lot of times too. sure you can you can tank so much you don't do enough damage to kill them. thats the the problem i'm having at the moment my skills are not leveled high enough to do a lot of damage and the crit on my sword is only 3 so i cant kill strength builds at the moment.

happened awhile ago decided that the extra hp would come in handy. also when im facing someone who my blade skills cant kill i can switch to glavie and if its someone really strong i can dual wield.
