I still haven't figured out how chinese chars can die, I mean, then can spawn pots every second O.o

They spam pots yes, but it's effect is not instant. Normal pots take time to heal, and that's why they die. They die when the pot healing "over time" is not enough to sustain the HP when the char is taking damage.

However, if a level 32 chinese str blader uses large/x-large hp pots and sets to like 95%, would that make him invinsible assuming you couldn't one shot him.

Assuming it's someone near to his level, and that the damage he is receiving is not big enough to surpass the healing from the pots, yeah you are right.
