Anyway you aren't a nuker yet, it is a build type, but until you get those nukes, you don't qualify for that build type.

Strength fire bladers really are the best build in the game when they're at higher lvls: I got pwned by a pure strength blader who was a lvl lower than me even though I'm pure strength glaive, but I've pwned all hybrids my lvl so far, so hybrids really are weak, especially 1:1 hybrids. Their HP is always so low that I can pwn them in 2 skills. They really don't have the HP to hold out. Listen, and listen good, DON'T GO THE 1:1 HYBRID PATH WHATEVER YOU DO, EVEN 2:1 ISN'T SO BAD!

For me, I just wanna pwn other people, but I'm already glaive and it's too late for me to go to blade, so I'm just stuck here

But glaive is good enough for me to pwn monsters

may u say what lvl u are and how u knew that the blader was a lvl below u?

when i 1vs1 pvp we party eachother first to see what lvl each other are. dur.

I agree; the defense bonus on ice passive is almost worthless.

This is because its a fixed number like 2-4-6, instead of a %

Maybe good for uber low levels where 6 defense might make a difference.

If it was a % bonus like everything else, it could rule.

I have to disagree with past assertions from fly and Ryoko. I'm sure everyone knows of [_Revolution_]xX_Troy_Xx... He's THE strongest build in all of Xian right now. He's pure str, fire, glavie. BUT he uses the cold passives, and armor... why? To give him the defining advantage of all the other STR's out there. And hes pretty much crushed them all. From the pure str, fire, blade, to the fulll INT nuker. He is the strongest out there ATM.

So to say that cold is totally worthless, is not totally true. It can be worth something, you just have to get it to the point that it is worth something.

Its more like the ice defense/passive is useless UNTIL 60. If maxed, thats like wearing an extra piece of armor. 55 buff + 42 passive

And sry but I don't read that message at the bottom, so I didn't know you were a nuker yet.

I had most of my torsos elixed, but he had an SOS blade (mine is lvl 38 +3 glaive), a high block ratio shield(i think it was also SOS), and couple more SOS torsos. However, my stuff are updated. SOS is only the minimum lvl and it's just +5. For example, there aren't any SOS blades that are lvl 35, because the lowest 5 degree blade is lvl 32. There are absolutely NO lvl 35 blades.

Shields can simply outlast their opponents easily. Remember that even though the difference between the power of the glaives and the blades increase, the shields also get better with each new one. Imagine a lvl 64 shield with 18 block ratio, and the passive skill adds 7 blocking ratio to the shield. What do you get? 25 BLOCK RATIO!!! That's like OMG! 25% (if 1 block ratio = 1%) of the hits you get will be blocked. The damage of glaives aren't 25% higher, and neither are their HPs

i am sword/shield nuker, i've got a BR 19 shield and passive lvl 3, that is almost a 25 % br, or i could use my 21 block ratio lvl 16 sos and have 24% br,

Also, the passive only goes up to lvl 60 i believe......

Yes, however, perhaps you would like to consider your total mastery lvl? Say 70 for weapon, 70 for lightning(grasswalk), 70 for maybe force(rez, which SOMEONE has to learn or nobody gets rez at all...), fire(for damage, OBVIOUSLY), 20 masteries for ice remain... that enough for 80 total? Don't think so... of course, that's the total for now, and apparently KSRO hasn't had any new skills above 70 yet, and when they do, I'm quite sure they'll raise the total mastery lvl allowed... well until then, you don't know...

P.S: These are just examples... you could take off that force mastery and sub ice into there instead...

they will not raise the mastery limit, why? because it will encourage diversity in builds and not having same build played by 80% of the players.

I said if they were going to add new skills, which they probably wont', cos there's already enough weapon skills!!! Look... 5 chain spear moves, 3 soul spears, 3 annihilating spears, 5 blade chain etc.

There're already enough skills to go around, so I don't think they'll have more skills, but if they add more skills in, they HAVE to raise it

They probably won't be adding anymore skills, for the new weapons and such in the Euro update, yes, but not in the trees we have now.
