Nukers, which imbue the best?
Well in the future I want to make a nuker, and was wondering what you think is the best imbue for a nuker (i would prob go sword/shield). My guess would be ice, because you already do insane dmg, might as well freeze em too, right? It'll help a lot in pvp if you do the chain attacks cuz it can cancell there attacks or slow em down. More hits in that way fro you ^.^
What you people think?

i would say light or fire
light for its multi-attack, better for sword/shield cus you can get some blocks in case you aggro too many things, or better for hybrid int
fire for its highest base dmg better for pure int, pretty good for pure int, hybrid, all kinds of int
ice maybe but not recommended, sure it stops combos, but it will take longer to kill stuff
maybe if you want to freeze stuff
get ice tree and use frost nova, or get one lvl of first ice nuke and get the second book ice nuke, wide range aoe ice nuke.

I'm a sword nuker and I found the ice imbue to be helpful against mobs. The fact that you take less damage due to them being frozen or frostbitten makes you not go through so much pots.
My other imbue is fire for the damage output that it can do. I've had multiple mobs get to within a few hp of dieing and I'm not wanting to use a lion shock shout. The fire kills them off nicely. This is made all the more better with a wolf attacking it as well in case it wears off.

Im porbably gonna say fire also? I messed around with other imbues... fire is the way to go in my opinion... It is the highest damage, and thats what a nuker is all about ehh? damage?!? I used lightning imbue, it would often aggro too many mobs and get me killed, switched to fire and haven't had the problem, not to mention when I was using lightning imbue I found quite often that when I was killing mobs, a nuke/lion shout or 2 nukes/lion shout brang the mob to a sliver of life left. with fire imbue you do a little mroe damage and I haven't found my self with that problem anymore.

I figured, that lightning nuke in combination with fire imbue does nice dmg to 3 mobs at once. If you dont wanna aggro more than 1 mob, fire imbue + fire nuke does most dmg, so I recommend fire imbue.

If you're going to be the nuker that does not use any weapon damage skills and lvl where it'll take more than one hit to kill a mob (which is almost always) then lightning imbue is generally better for PvM. In PvP, which I have next to no experience as a nuker, I would assume that the opponent would pot the imbue faster than your next hit.
Well, I like to use fire to pack as much raw dmg as i can into a nuke. Ice is great to keep you alive but in pvp you lack the chances to freeze, unless u use chain skills. I just stick to the frost nova series for the frostbite/freeze.
