Rogue question

Hi all and thnx 4 reading this.
Over a few days/weeks I will play on the new server 'Hera' and I'm planning to start a rogue character because of the major damage and ownage in pvp of the dagger (especially with the skill Prick).
Now I have some questions..
~ Should I add all dagger and crossbow skills? Cuz I think the crossbow skills don't look that nice and they do less damage than dagger but I think the range is useful.
~ Can I train with dagger only too? or is crossbow much more useful?
~ What subclass should I take? I know that most ppl say Cleric but I think that bard is more useful because of the speed and noise because rogues r very vulnerable in my opinion.

~Take both dagger and crossbow skills,diversity also means u'll have more skills thus more fun to play around with.

~Training with dagger only is possible,but crossbow is much more highly recommended,easier grind because everything's in reach in way of speaking plus with the knockdown and knockback skills it's better then dagger to grind with which offers no such skills.

~If you want to be the best u can in pvp take cleric sub.

Last but not least,Crossbow is better or equals the dagger in betterness in pvp.Only for 1 reason,a secret I have kept and will not share.Experiment with all skills and find out why^^ if anybody else knows what i mean give ur guesses=)

But I think that bard is better because rogue surprises with stealth and don't have to heal too much because of the very fast kill

Ti all depends on how you like to play the game? lol i know that is in every post but it is so true!

A pure STR Rogue almost never dies unless you go crazy with the tanking BUT the really don't hit that hard. I got mine to lvl 53 and switched to a pure int char because it was hard to solo play a Rogue. The mobs you can one hit are to low to give much exp and even with my cleric buffs I can't tank 5 mobs like a warrior. I got bored with it. Shortcut rocks in a party but solo she lvls slowly. <---- downside of Rogue

The good thing is Rogue does have some cool skills for a STR char. Thiefing is fun with stealth and the dupilcate skills. Xbow get crazy range so you can 1 or 2 hit hit lower lvl mobs before they ever get near you. Prick will take out anyone your lvl, buffed or not, if you get that lucky high lvl crit (and you do most times).

Shortcut is a Rogue/Cleric but I think if I had it to do over I would go with Bard just because I grind more than I PVP. =)
