What skill is it...? (noob question)

I've seen some characters do a weird force skill a couple of times which produces a great deal of mag damage (1800 or so). I was trying to figure out what type of force attack was it, because it seemed like an ice attack (the animation effect was white and I think it made that sound).

But, the only ranged ice attack I know of are the cold wave attack series. I've seen what the cold wave arrest can do (frostbite and 1 dmg), but I haven't tried cold wave binding, and since the skill description does not describe any mag damage, I began to wonder if it was a lightning skill... but haven't been able to find which skill was it.

Anyhow, i'd appreciate your help.

Well, without any more info, it was probably a nuke. Can't remember what level they are, but there's a thread about them.
