i have two questions - 1. Whens the lvl 90 cap coming to the international server and 2. If im a hybrid int sword and shield what masteries should i raise. I was told light 90 fire 30 ice 90 weapon 90 but i want to know what you know about this if you dont mind me askin

I don't think any level 30 mastery will be very useful at 90 cap, just leave fire alone. The rest sounds good to me. About the date, we don't know for sure, only rumors are spreading. It might arrive between April and July.
