Dual Weapon Questions???? Plz Help

So far through all the posts I have read, they say that its better to be Bicheon mastery 80, Lightning Mastery 80, Cold Mastery 80, and Heuksal Mastery 60 to get the HP boost passive skill that you get from it. Is it really better putting 60 Mastery points into heuksal instead of Fire Mastery to get the other nukes if I wnna be a pure INT sword class??

So basically my question is.....Is it better to be a Dual Weapon Charcter over a pure bicheon character with 60 mastery into fire instead of heuksal

with the new skills update pure int dual weap builds aren't as good as they used to be. Plus, without any fire you'll be susuptible to anything (you won't be immune from anything).
