Wizard <reuse time of 80lvl skills>

Could some1 write here, how many sec of reuse time got 80lvl wizard skills especially earth Quake; Blizzard; Charged Squall and perhaps compare their cast rate to others wizz "nukes". I need to figure out how many "nukes" I will need to pve & pvp. ty

thats pretty much why you need all of them.
