European:
Pure Int Wizard
Pure Str Crossbow Rogue

Chinese:
Pure Int Spear Nuker (BEST PvE Build would be: 90 Fire 90 Light 90 Cold 30 Heuksal)


The Pure Int Spear build is ONLY good for PvE. (<< just wanted to clarify and not start a huge discussion about Pure int builds again)
