Pure int or hybrid int, go light armor. You get a good bonus if you use rod (cleric) because of the passives: glory and favor armor.

do you even know what you are talking about?

warlock = int build
cleric = int build

why go hybrid then?
the bonus you get switching to cleric counts as well for robes too. besides, you wont have ANY use of it since it disapears whenever you switch back to your warlock rod

go robes, get recovery division asap! when you got rd, you can manage fine, just make sure you keep it up and watch the aoe when grinding on phys mobs

Glory and favor armor only counts if you have rod + light armor equipped (go log in and check it yourself :) ). Yes the bonus disappears if you switch to warlock, but while you are a cleric, you'll be able to tank better (useful for pt grinding). Hybrid int may work for warlock or cleric, just dont go crazy on str points, and try to keep the char int heavy (most players would opt to go pure int just because).

It depends which direction you want to take it, either be a full warlock with a cleric sub, or you could be a full warlock and a full cleric (requiring a lot of sp) and switch classes between the two. If you choose to go warlock as main, and cleric as sub, then armor type in practical terms wont matter (robe or light armor).

I like wearing Light Armor. I find STR builds much harder to kill than INT builds and they can usually one hit you while you can't one hit them back. Therefore, the fight will usually last much longer, so I use Light Armor to keep the physical damage low. Pure INT builds will not one hit you as easily since you have natural magic defense, and Light Armor still gives plenty of magic defense along with your shield.
