STR Bow with Force (90 Cap)

Although I have skimmed these forums since they came out, I finally registered seeking some answers. In kSRO and cSRO most Bow(Pure STR) users have switched to glaive. The reason being, not being able to kill bladers and glaivers. So my idea was to make a force bow user.
The Build:
Pacheon: 90
Light: 88
Force: 90
Fire: 32


Any Comments, Suggestions, and/or Questions are greatly Appreciated.

that's a really worse str build, it would deal so much lower dps then a str bow with fire

it works with a 70:70 tho

Mind you. Force works pretty well at this cap. 80 Fire, 80 Pacheon, 80 Force and 60 Light works pretty well, you just gotta choose between garment or prot.

EDIT: But yeah you got '90 cap' in brackets up there, so this don't count.

I think i might go with the 90 pach/90 light/90 force/30 cold, just because i love force, and i do not want another fire/light pure str.

hey fudge is your character full str? or some kind of combination of hybrid cause i got a lvl 48 bowman on uranus right now and im not sure whether i want to stay at my current 80% phys attack nakey or drop to 70:70 or put them all into str from here on.BTW i ask because your character seems to own

I'm also working on a force bower atm, been inspired since I already maxed out a euro warlock, so why not go for a chinese duplicate with a twist sorta? lol. Fudge your vid was simply amazing and inspiring, I could definantly understand the hybrid build going hybrid will give your weaken a good boost but what about the masterys. Masterys always stump me specially when I plan for 90 cap. Any tips?

I haven't looked at what lvl skills lvl above 80 yet.
I don't go with rounded off numbers, i dont think u maximize ur power if you do it that way, cuz what if something stops at lvl 88..the other 2 masteries could give u a better damage/defense boost somewhere else where you DO learn something new/can upgrade something.

for example this cap im 80 pach, 80 force, 73 light, 35 cold, 32 fire.
it gives me everything i need.

80 pach skills

80 vital spots

69% moving speed + my garms for 89% speed

new phantom which looks cool cuz its blue and longer than old one

gives me 25% snow shield

and it gives me 8% physical damage increase.

of course im not lvl 80 yet, and i havent checked if i can upgrade anything above lvl 78 except for mind bow (lvl 79 but completely unnecessary, and autumn wind lvl 80 which is also completely unnecessary)

i might end up dropping pacheon to 78 and adding 2 masteries to light for 2% more damage for my imbue.

If i CAN upgrade stuff at lvl 80 such as antidevil, strongbow, and devil arrow .. then im for sure taking it to 80 cuz that would outweigh the damage i would get from instead adding 2 mastery lvls to lightning.

as for my physical and magical defense buffs that i lack from lvl 35 cold and 32 fire....
thats what clerics are for
body diety and mental diety are far superior to anything a chinese could buff himself with.
my fire shield is also low, but its high enough so that it lets me be immune to stuff.
Worse case, i again use a cleric for holy spell.

and i have no problem finding a cleric cuz my gf plays one hehehehe
there should be loads of em in wars anyway.

Completely offtopic; but autumm wind isnt completely unncessary! I dont get it why people say that =|. I use it in both pvp and pve all the time. It deals more damage then anti-devil, has a shorter casting time then devil arrow.

I hardly use combos in pvp, simply cause they give everybody the time to pot back up. If you dont use the combos the reload time of anti-devil, strongbow and devil arrow will be to long. So I use autumm wind to bridge the gap and it deals good damage.

Knockback arrow is only usefull to get some distance or pot yourself back up. Was fighting a fully farmed archer the other day, who would 5-6 hit me without the use of knockback arrow. But he couldnt kill me cause he used the silly knockback arrow all the time.

Back on Topic; Can understand why you dont get it. You can also chose to let bow stay at 76, since you will have the new strong bow then. I do now know if you lose out of a lot of power then on youre bow attacks. And how much you can make up for that with youre force threes.

The only thing you need to worry about is your stat points.. You can always delevel skills

Hertog most people see Autumn wind as a waste of sp because there is already Devil Arrow, which deals more dmg. And that Anti-Devil is more for the crit than the actual dmg. I will look at the masteries to see what skills i may get at what lvl's to figure out my skills, thanks for the update Fudge.

lol i didnt get autumn wind because i had it on my first character and wasnt impressed with the damage.

it deals a bit more than antidevil, but has no crit increase.
id rather take my chances with a crit 35 increase antidevil strike than with a noncrit-enhanced autumn wind.

of course when autumn wind DOES crit, it hurts...but not as much as devil arrow crit.
cast time i dont care about, its the super deadly crits from strongbow and devil arrow that will kill. The antidevil crits are just there to help and i can't put my life on the line wanting autumn wind to crit when devil and strongbow are already stronger. Not to mention that strongbow craft itself has crit 10 increase.

i can see why ud use it though, the cast time is quick compared to devil arrow. Crit not as strong though, and they both have equal % of critting.

I know, i mostly use it when I figure my opponent only needs a decent arrow in his ass to die. And in grinding I use it a lot.

But honestly, the last book looks hawt! I will have it in 3-4 weeks when I am done farming, but thats hawt!

u don't need light..1st because of bow has range attack so u don't need to run often ..and then because u have imponent so u can sacrifice parry ratio buff

force is rlly strong...don't forget... force lv90 = division..

32 light, everyone can run away from you.

it doesnt matter if u have range, maybe ur not high enough lvl yet but when u realize u cant catch up to someone ur heart drops
ur not gonna kill anyone with 1 arrow, even if it crits.

As a bower distance is youre friend, no mather how often people call you a runner. You are not made to tank, youre made to deal damage from a distance.

I can kill badly farmed rogues simply by phantoming away as soon as I see them. I can kill nuker, glaviers, whatever by using this skill. People will always call you a runner, they just havent played against a decent playing bower. Phantom walk, fire wall, ice wall they are all youre friends. I suggest you learn how to play with them
