It is good But i'll recommend Ice 80 and fire 60. because nukers already do great damage, and we do not need mag. def so much. but we do need phy. def. and cold gives great phy def.
so in my option you should go:
80cold
80ligth
60fire
80bicheoon

Because a nuker needs chains, KDs and Stabs, they are the only things that will keep you alive in PvP, with 60 bicheon and elements maxed you will be the ultimate grinding machine, but in PvP even an un-farmed blader will be able to take you down. The effects of the last chain(Bleed and don't remember the name of the other one)are crucial, you will be able to kill easily even without fire nukes once they are applied on your enemy.
