Question on sp and gaps

Hello, I have a few questions on sp per gap. I know the sp table, and the question I have isn't related to it, so please don't give me the SP Table which shows you how much sp you get per level with what gap.

What I want to know is, lets say I have a 3 gap, and get 200 sp. How much sp would I of obtained if I had had a 7 gap instead? Also a formula that works the other way would be very helpful to me too. Ex: I get 200 sp with a 5 gap, how much sp would I get if I had a 0 gap instead? Hopefully that isn't confusing. Those are just examples, so don't just solve for those, I would like the formula itself.

Sorry if it sounds like a lot to be asking for, but I would be really thankful if someone already knows a formula or would have to find one. I checked the stickies and tried searching, no luck, hopefully I didn't miss something. Thanks in advance.
