So it says it increases magical damage by the specified amount, I'm unsure if it's ALL force attacks, or just lighting?

it does all magical attacks.

and it makes a difference. the amount of difference that means i can take 1 less hit then other people my level to kill things, and not a normal hit, oh no, a pwoer hit indeed :D
