Warlock cleric or Roue sub Warlock?

i've heard good things about both, is there anyone with experience with these classes

....The curses do not work if you put up ice wall, or have holy, so warlock subclass becomes limited if you have a level 76 cleric to buff the whole party with holy. Sadly, warlocks are gimped too many ways, sure they can kill without the curses but it will be much harder to do it, and many people use expensive pills now.
