Builds - SP Problem

Well, I was wondering which of the Chinese builds and Euro builds would do best soloing and PvPing later on(~Lv50+ or Lv60+) without SP farming. Maybe going on a high gap, but not necessarily SP farming. I want the Chinese build opinion and the Euro build opinion to be seperate please, thanks.

you can lvl xbow rogue with 0 gap and it does fine in pvp... but expect to die after you kill

lighting bow is fast to lvl and is decent in pvp too
