Do I lvl the right skills? How shall I go on?

I know there are thousands of those topics but since it is individual for each char, I'll start another one.

Lvl 38 Hybrid ~2400HP ~2800MP
Garment
Sword & Shield

Bicheon lvl 33
Stab'n'Smash 4
Blood Blade Force 3
Flower Bloom Blade 3

Fire lvl 35
Extreme Fire Force 6
Flame Wave Arrow 2

Lightning lvl 30
Thundertiger 5
Grass Walk Flow 7

Cold lvl 15
Ice River Force 6
Cold Wave Arrest 1

Force lvl 23
Self Breathe Heal 6
Soul Rebirth 3
Harmony Therapy 1

Pacheon and Heuksal on lvl10 due to lvl1 static skill.
Some basic protection skills just on lvl1 or 2 (Fire, Lightning, Cold)

So my idea was to keep lvling bicheon, fire and lightning (for Grass walk flow). You think I should keep the skills I got or should I get some more light soul cut blade or such stuff?

Also got 10 pots to delevel skills (curst hearts)

atm sth around 1000... have increased fire mastery by 2 and extreme fire force 7. Then Lightning mastery 32, ghost phantom walk lvl1, grass walk flow lvl8.
