why int is soo bad?

Anyway it's just plain stupid to have your character completely even! That makes you have less mana and less hp. Least adding points to both when you're at a weaker lvl, and then focusing the rest of it on one of it later on is better than having it all even. That makes you not have so much mana that you can keep using skills, and that leaves you with almost half the hp of strength. Now THAT'S stupid, and because hybrids only hit a little more than pure strength, and pure strength has double to HP, who'd you think is gonna win? Maybe if you have it balanced at the lower lvls but focus on one later, that's not so bad. Maybe that's better, but definitely the weakest is having your characters completely even.

I would like to make a formal complaint to the Admin about this member of our community, we have been polite (at the start) we have listened, and shared opinions, and all this person has done is force his opinion down our throats time and time again despite any form of effort to ask him to stop, in a community such as this all opinions are welcome in my opinion, but when you start pushing it onto others repeatedly that it makes them feel that the person is implying it is the only thing they are allowed to do is crossing the line of my tolerance and making me sick. so please, moderators and admins, give him a friggin warning or something ><

whn it comes to playing this game i feel that the point was to have a free hand in what u do so make a charitrer how u want. iv got purs and hyprids and they all have there strenths and weeknesses but isnt that the point??? if we all made the same charecters it would be one boring game dude so like it has been said before express your feelings but dont force them on others. lol ny way my if u want we can disscus this when the people uv pissed off deside tht enough is enough lol well lov u strike and y not try making a hybrid and c how thing go, u never know u might just like it.

haha ban me? go ahead. I've made my point and the reason I even created this account was so i could tell you what's better. Since you guys don't want to listen, I guess I'll have more kills in Silkroad then. 2 OF MY HYBRID GUILD MEMBERS LOST TO 2 PURES WHO WERE LOWER LVL THAN THEM! I guess you guys won't listen. My guild members were lvl 30 hybrids, and they lost to 2 lvl 27 opponents in guild wars, and I guess my guild members were complete hybrids. Ban me if you want. I don't really care actually. In fact if you ban me, I'll save more time cos I'm not posting anything and I'll have more time to actually PLAY Silkroad Online.

If I didn't want to help you guys get stronger, I wouldn't be focusing so many posts over here, but I guess you people just won't ever listen. So just ban me so I won't waste time on the forums. saying that hybrids are weak is completely sxxxxd, my character is a Hybrid and I can kill people upto 4 lvls higher than me (pure builds and hybrids). so stop saying pure builds are better than hybrids. any build can be good, it just depends on how the good player adapt to its opponent.

umm, can i be the first oe to point out that maybe you just don't know how to
PvP?? just because you died doesn't mean the build sucked. maybe you
didn't know how to play it. or maybe YOUR particular build sucked, but that's
no reason to say that hybrids are no good.

oh, and instead of waiting to be banned, why not just quit posting. that'll
teach us a lesson, depriving us of your wisdom and all.

Hello??? I said my guild members. I wasn't even fighting there. The 2 opponents were around lvl 27 and they were pures. My guild members were both lvl 30 hybrids. Lvl 30 vs lvl 27 and they lose? Hybrids don't do so well in PvP, but that was guild wars, not PvP. And anyway if this makes you guys speed up that ban, I won't stop posting till i'm banned ;p

Are you seriously basing your argument on the fact that two of your guild mates got beat by lower lvls???.......... :banghead:

.........wow plz don’t factor in items, mastery lvls, lag, timing (everything in pvp), or how many pots each side had......plz think before u rant…..

On a side note, it does not matter what build you becuase there are to many other factors that decide the out come of a battle.

For instance, I killed a lvl 42 a few days back with my lvl 16…how you ask???
He was an afk murder with only his wep on (to bad it didn’t drop…) anyway my point is anyone can kill anyone given the right circumstance so why bother trying to max/min this game….

P.s plz don't ban him, cuz how else am I going to get my laughs in everyday???

First i think u was playing world of warcraft

and i wanna congratulate u cuz u chose Pure int

i will tell u the advantages and disadvantages of pure int

pure int as mages and warlocks ... bad in 1vs1 duel but not in PVP

actually pure int rulz in warz or jobs........ i will tell u why

when u r pure int u can kill pure str with max 3 hits and hybrid ppl with only one hit

i tried it alot with many ppl and i have many high lvl friends use pure int

but the secret of pure int that u use the strategy of hit and run :roll:

with ghost walk skill u can hit ur nuke and teleport b4 any1 catch u

it will drive them crazy and at last they will lose hope of catching u

and for the potions after lvl 30 u will found that u dont need HP potions all u need is only Mp potions as ur main attack is nukes

and also u will find that u lvl dame fast and clears all the mobs in the area with one hit

and all the ppl around u will get frustrated :wink:

and they cant even ks u

keep on pure int dude

and u will find 4 urself that they r wrong and u r right

well pure strength can also kill pure int sometimes, depending on skills like flying dragon flow, because pure int lacks physical defence, and they have low HP as well. Of course, if the pure strength has no MP, then the pure int will win, with it's frost and all, but the pure int MUST kill quick, or it will lose. For pure int, a few stat points into strength would be good, but you shouldn't have int for pure strengths, because your HP is really what keeps you alive, and pure ints also usually have to advantage because they kill so fast, so they train faster and reach higher lvls faster.

mage have low health but good dmg

Bah. It's simple.

Strikefreedom strongly believes pures are the only way to play the game because it has so many advantages and so little disadvantages. He believes, to be the best, pures are the only way to go. He has his most fun PvPing and winning over other players. That's his gaming style.

Others are inclined to agree with Strikefreedom. It's not because he isn't right. Not really, his arguments makes sense when viewed objectively. But what Strikefreedom did not take into account is that there are many other factors which affects gameplay experience. This is where subjectiveness comes to play.

Some people like to experience building their own characters. Some people plays MMORPGs infrequently, thus wanting to try the best of both worlds within reasonable time. Some people feel proud simply by being able to level solo. Some people (like Strikefreedom) loves PvP.

Strikefreedom, there are different objectives in each gamers. You've made your point, true. Rather valid ones - without evidence, no doubt, but in theory your ideas works well. However, not every lvl40 wants to meet other lvl40 and say, 'Hey dude, I'm better than you, you sux'.

Its like real life. You go to school to study, but not everybody wants to be the best bookworm in the school. Sure, getting valedictorian gives you a sense of pride. But is there all to it? Schools not just about being the smartest and the best. You say, 'study 6hours, then rest 2 hours, continue studying 6 hours - that'll get you more brain cells'. True enough, but not everybody wants to go through that.

It works that way in SRO too. Being the best is not everything. Your ideas may be THE idea, granted - but it doesn't mean people would want to take that idea even if IT IS the only way to be the best. Some people wants to be different, whether being different is weak or not - let them decide. This is just a game, no point in argueing over bytes of character information. This goes to everybody though.

Sorry if I had to explain it in such a way - cuz I think things are easier to understand when given extreme examples. If I insulted your intelligence, pardon me.

true... and you didn't insult my intelligence or whatever in any way. i guess you're right, hybrids do kill a little faster than pure strengths, and have more hp than ints, so killing monsters would be good, but against pures their no match.

In Pvp, their no good, but maybe there's going to be a kick in killing Niya Generals

, and they might be getting the kill when their competing with pure strengths, but with pure int, they may lose, though in the end pure ints are still dead cos their nukes won't last forever because their gonna need LOTS of MP pots, and pure ints WILL need a team to help them because their gonna need someone to tank for them.

But seriously speaking, pures will probably perform jobs better, because their stronger, and they will kill faster/ won't die so fast. If you're a theif and you're a hybrid, you might not be able to kill a pure hunter, or if you're a hunter and you're a hybrid, you might not be able to kill a pure theif.

Of course, if you're a rich merchant already and have to money to spend on good hunters, then maybe that's what you'll do. For me though, eventually if i get stronger than most monsters, i'd go for killing players

. Or maybe you just wanna be a hybrid and train all the way till you're really strong and make a fortune or become a high lvl theif. Maybe that's what you may want to do.

As for the ban, i'm still waiting for it
