Need help on INT / SPEAR (Sp Farming)

Hey guys thanks for reading this post. Im facing some problems atm.
I am a lvl 10 INT / SPEAR character. But my fire mastery is at lvl 8 and i have only about 55sp now. Should i de-level my masteries or just keep lvl up and keep my mastery at lvl 8?
Coz i am worried about sp farming at lvl 16 (bandits stuff). Need help badly..thanks.

P.S How much sp i need to max out fire and lit?

If you really want delevel ure mastery to 7 then when you reach 16 use the bow and sp farm
