Hi. I've read every single tutorial on this forum, but only one info is missing / hard to understand.
Let's say I choose the Pacheon, Force and Cold masteries. As the total level of masteries is 300, I can spend like 100 points in each, but put as many skills (anti devil bow, 1/2/3 arow combo, self breathe) as I want in each ?
I noticed that to raise a mastery (cold, pacheon, force) level It costs mastery points, but to raise skills (arrow combo, self breathe) doesn't.
Is that right ?
