What should I do with my build? (Lightning/Bicheon)

I'm lvl 24 and I think I have around 80 STR and 70 INT(not really sure cause the server is down right now). I am lightning/bicheon. I want to be able to do the lightning nukes but then my STR is too high and the nukes won't be doing as much damage as they COULD be. Some people have been telling me to just go pure STR from now on, but I still want to do lightning nukes. I like PvP but I don't really do it alot. I'd really like to level up really fast in PvE. I don't remember what I used to do with my points, I think I put like 2 STR: 1 INT. I want this character to be as good as he can be. What should I do?

(If I go pure STR, I'm thinking about adding ice so I can freeze pure INT's in PvP.)

well, if you REALLY want your nukes to do some heavy damage, you really
need to start putting more into int. prolly at least pure int for a few levels
until it gets lopsided the other way. if you're not worried about the nukes, i'd
go with either pure strength from here or a 2:1 str like you said. that way
you keep your str up, but keep your int decent for the nukes, and of course
having the MP to be freezing and nuking. and yes, freeze is great for PvP.

Well If I want to level up faster at higher lvls...what should I do? Pure STR? 2STR:1INT?2INT:1STR? or PURE INT?

I want to be able to kill monsters quickly and gain exp fast and lvl up fast.

pure INT tends to lvl faster than STR

generally the higher the INT - the faster the levelling (you have more MP to cast more spells and you have to rest a lot less)

more int tends to do more magic damage as well - so you kill faster in PvE
