look at manowar's blade guide

weapon 80 fire 80 light 80 ice 60
or
weapon 80 fire 80 light 72 (for last bk of ghost walk lvl 1) ice 68

that is basically the standard build for all STR builds

Ice(Snow Shield)\Heusekal(hp bonus)30(for cap 90)or 60(cap 80)

i've got ice lv 30.
