it means that 150% of your mag. weapon damage is added to your heal.
however im pretty sure that your magical balance factors in.
i think its something like that :
Heal of the skill + Mag. Weapon Damage * mag balance
but some more ppl have to try this out first.. for me it worked with 2 different chars and different weapons but it might be totaly wrong ^^
