Cleric Advantages:
Power in PvP (Heal over Time, Debuff Immune, Bless Spell, and 1 hit skill - Offering)
Party Monsters / Giants (Tankable)
Bard Advantages:
March and Noise
Good for Monster to Monster Grinding (Solo)
I would choose Cleric because when you reach the cap it is all about PvP and Party play is what I would choose to level up during my grind time.
This is what I have gathered anyways.

I had a warlock/cleric but I didn't really like it so I switched back to bard. Cleric is better for pvp, and you could just buy speed drugs if you want to be faster. I didn't like switching weapons in the middle of fighting to heal myself though, because sometimes it would tell me 'joo can't switch in teh middle of combat lol', and it was also hard to heal people while trying to fight yourself in a party. But this was before level 30, when you get the 16 second hp heal skill [forgot the name].

Lol, why switch weapons and heal yourself when warlocks can heal them selfs just fine. And if you are in party, you are supposed to be a support char, so fighting is a no no.
About faster running and noise. It' s not harder without those skills. Cleric in my opinion has more useful skills.
And let s not forget the good old offering, strongest nuke in Silk.
