where to find skills at

where could i find a place or so that can tell me the skills with the description and all, i search around and around and couldnt find a good place, there were places that showed me the skill but without all the stats it had, if there was already a previous thread, im sry that i made a useless topic then.

This is probably the best you'll get.

But you could also try the main sro site or ingame xD
