Should i keep bicheon at 54 for ironwall for future caps?

i want to keep bicheon at 54 because of iron wall which will help me in pvp, so is that a good idea? i will have to use the rest of the masteries on ice with fire or lightning. Which should i take lightning or fire? please explain why. Thanks in advance!

If your a Pure Int S/S, you shouldn't stop at 54 Bicheon.

well i was thinking in pvp to just keep spamming nukes while ironwall / mana shield open
