hey i'm making a full int sword, but what bicheon skills shud i get, do i need get quite a few cz i'm only using lightning because i'll have trouble maxing out masteries after lvl 100 becase the skill cap is 300, so plz help me on what bicheon skills to max out?

Well FYI unless you're making a nuker pure int sword is a BAD idea.
