Which skills of Bard do you keep when you switch weapon?

moving march is the only one that i know.
My second build is bard so i want to know either which skills u still keep.

Hmm, well, I'm currently a rogue and I would love to walk a little faster...but to take a whole skill tree just for walking faster...

Mana (don't rememeber the name), Moving march and noise, Hlding clamor and temptation, also keep on mobs even if you switch weapons.

I'm still a bit los about the pasives.
