Garments or Protectors?

Which would be better for a Pure str bowmen, with fire, light.

And ideas?

garment the extra 20-% of ur skill consumtion comes in handy and u hav enuf to tank the little str hits so u wear garment to tank the extra large magic hits

most pure str builds are garment.

tho i dont liek the look of the 6th-8th D garms (they look liek your in a dress) but yeah when you are pure str you got good phy defence alredy so the garment really helps on yoru low magical defence.

what the hell i luv the 6th-8th degree ones i reckon they all look crappy after that they r garments they r supposed to be like a dress

just one crit is all it takes to kill a pure int spear

today i hit a lvl 38 pure int spear for 2400 on a strong bow crit..... he didnt walk away from that one i assure you.

it doesnt even have to be a strongbow crit to take down a spear, an antidevil will do just fine.

even a strongbow non-crit sometimes brings em down.

ive seen 1337 everywhre what does it mean?

on topic but not realy, think of it as BB topic:

sence i have pro on i can tank bladers and glaivers. i just throw on my crstal wall lvl6 and start attacking. for a nuker if hes spear i dotn even bother buffing but for s/s i buff and put on my firewall tower. those skills actaully help alot believe it or not.

Btw... Im using protector cuz ints arent a problem usually better against other strs... Buuut... if u play it right... hit/run... go for garment all the way...
Now with 2 phantom makes a lot easier if u garment...

Prots for pvp = jobs + cape

lol d6-d9 garm are the best, my oppinion i don't like the d1-d5 garm.

I"m a pure str bowman, and i enjoy wearing protectors. =]
most monsters that you grind on will be physical attack monsters
so that's a good reason to get protectors

lots of people tell me to get garments but i say screw that.
i'm currently level 52 w/ a zero gap training at penons (i farmed 93k at the den)
and i'm using large HP pots and medium MP pots
and using protectors is kick ass.
ive noticed that when you're a pure str and higher level
you tend to use a lot of hp pots O_O
so i use protectors so i don't freaken waste HP pots
i spend about 100k on the hp pots alone when i used garments
so go get protectors. =D

why garms? like 90% of this game is grinding and 90% of the pvp you do is at lvl 80 so why garms to lvl up? most mobs are phy attacks. i like protector cause it looks cool but if your just ganna grind you should go pro or armor, garms is for pvp or mage based mobs(which there like what 10 in the whole game)
