70:70 bow build plz plz pl z help T.T

i've been hacked lately but managed to get my account back, 1 problem is the hacked added all my 102 SP into pacheon, so its guna be easier for me to de lvl spear mastery then my bow mastery, so i'm thinking about going 70:70 bow as this is closest as i can get =/, can any1 plz tell me is this build gud in PVP? or post any videos? i saw the 34 page thread but that just leads onto how gud pure str are -.-"
