and how about the armor type?
if i use spear, i'll probebly use a spear ^^; should i go on the armor type?
or a garnet?

It depends on your build. For example: If you are going to use a spear and be a nuker you will have very low HP which means you can die easily. So, at first they use garment up until around Lv 43. But, when they get to their 6th or 7th degree sets they switch to armour that way they do not die as easily. The reason they start off with garment is because it will save you a bunch on mana pots because of the casting cost decrease and it will help you level faster because of ther 20% run speed. But, by the time you reach Lv 43 and switch to armor you really dont need that run speed anyways because you have grasswalk.
