PURE INT L100 build?... Ice 60, Lit/Fire 80, 50 (wpn)?

PURE INT L100 build?... Ice 60, Lit/Fire 80, 50 (wpn)?

Hi, i a newbie (currently lv.43 Pure int, 43 in Spear/Ice/Fire/Lightning Farmed) in RedSea, planning for a Spear 80, Ice 60, Lightning/Fire 80 build.

("WARNING LONG READ")

Then there is this guy "i forget his gibberish IGN" who told me about his PURE INT build...

He brag to me about his build outside Dongwan, and he mentioned several points, but some of the points seems quite substantial... the points are as follows, please help me to evaluate so I can adjust my build along the way...

Point 1> He mentioned that Ice at 60 is a MUST minimal for Pure Int. And Lv.60 is enough, since lv.60 the passives and buffs provides huge boost to Physical Def, which PURE INT Spear needs, and at the higher levels, Too much damage transfered to MP means you are just a sitting duck, since you have no MP to attack...

WHAT I THINK of pt 1... I solemenly agree with the Physical Def thingy, but the high dmg to MP is something I hesitated... is 40% dmg to MP enough for PURE INT Spear?

Point 2> The reason for low Heuksal and Ice is due to the fact that a true PURE INT will be 100 Lightning, 90 Fire (for Fifth Fire Bomb Book), 60 Ice (to at least minimise OHKO) for UBER PWNAGE at lv.100 with 50 in "weapon of yr choice" ... hence the lower levels for "Weapon of yr choice" is just a "place holder" to climb to higher levels easier, so the lower levels is mainly for cheaper resets (He is using Bicheon)

WHAT I THINK of pt 2... To get the first level of the newest skills for the essentials for Heuksal at 60 needs 25k SP, while at 80 it needs 100k SP... so I think he make some sense in the deleveling. But no Ice and Heuksal support at higher levels? I dunno... Although I think such a PURE Fire/Lightning will be a glass artillery in a party and guild war... with only the shield as a only form of defense...

Hence, his build is to prepare for the lv.100, which seems to be light years away, but it is already so real, and when it comes I afraid I will regret my current build...

I get Heuksal mainly for the extra HP, but at lv.50, the HP boost seems little in latter levels... so somehow I dun agree with him here, since HP boost at lv 80 is HUGE (ard 2k HP). But I do use MOSTLY Ghost Spear over other book here, thus I wanna know how does a PURE INT Spear do in PVP without Heuksal?

And following to point 2, I wanna know what skill sets does a PURE INT usually use in a Trade Conflict or Guild Wars? Pros pls help out! Is his build feasible for lv.100? Please shine some light on lv.100 builds for those who knows whats coming for us in iSRO.

I think my quota for SRO will be maxed at Lv.100, since any more will take a LOT of time to level... so for a lv. 100 Pure INT, any suggestions?

what you got to understand for the higher lvls is most of the builds people talk about being best now wont be the best later on cause new skills and such also you have to realize that at lvl 100 you still only get a 300 mastery and at 120 is where the mastery lvl is the big problem in making builds
the thing about a weapon as pure int if your lvl 100 and you wep is lvl 50 its a waste of masterys and sp
i bet a lot of the people who are pure int with the bicheon build right now who will stay until the 100 cap will drastically altar there builds
basically if you really plan on stay till 100 cap or even longer then i would for now go ice fire and light for a pure int if you a pure int spear i would drop fire for ice spear and light
basically you only want to dump sp into only 3 seperate areas 4 is to spread out for the mastery cap and will be just a waste later on
at 120 you want to focus on 2 and have maybe a 3rd for pickup for int spear you want to have spear and light as you main and use ice as a pickup
for pure nuker i would stay with the elements only and drop the wep altogether

Yea, i understand what u mean, its the standard "tri-element" nuker

But as a nuker, my ICE will be capped at 60, since I want to use my MP to attack too, not just for tanking.

hence there will be 240 spare mastery for fire and lightning

Since I will maxed my Chinese Char at Lv.100, what would be the suggested build, with the mandatory 60 in ICE?

CHOICE 1: I can have both Fire and Lightning at 100, and 40 into weapon?

OR

CHOICE 2: 80 into Spear (for the stuns and HP), 100 into Lightning and 60 into Fire? as somebody in this forum suggested?

OR

CHOICE 3: as stated in first post, 100 into Lightning, 90 into Fire, 60 Ice, 50 "as you wish"?

OR CHOICE 4: your call

Pure Int nuker will have to dump weapon masteries 100+

I am rite now 80 Light/Fire and Cold 60.

I still die and i still do good dmg, the rest i leave it up to my gear.

cap 90 and 100 i will be upping light and debate between fire and Cold. Cold is worthy for a pure int, but fire is still so useful.

150 i am guessing a good nuker will be light/cold or light/fire somehow surviving.

From the above link, I think at 120, Most Nuker will only have 3 main types...

Type 1: 120 Ice, 120 Lightning, 60 Spear (Spear users)

Type 2: 120 Lightning, 120 Fire, 60 Ice (S/S Pure Nukers)

Type 3: 120 Bicheon, 120 Lightning, 60 Ice (80:80 Hybrid)

I wonder if 120 Spear, 120 Lightning and 60 Ice will work out for me for the Lv.120 mobs... I love Spear and I Love Nukes... but I really hate to train a PURE STR Glaiver from scratch...
